These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Virtus Exterior Solutions. By scheduling, booking, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. Services

Virtus Exterior Solutions provides professional exterior cleaning, property maintenance, window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, lighting, and related services as described on our website and promotional materials.

Specific services, scope of work, and pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to provide reasonable access to the property may be subject to a fee.
• Weather conditions or unsafe conditions may require an appointment to be rescheduled.
• Virtus Exterior Solutions reserves the right to adjust appointment times when necessary due to weather, safety, equipment, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Service pricing will be provided before work begins whenever reasonably possible.
• Additional work outside the agreed-upon scope may require customer approval and may result in additional charges.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit and debit cards.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the property and areas being serviced.
• Removing or securing obstacles, valuables, decorations, and other items that may interfere with the work.
• Securing pets and notifying Virtus Exterior Solutions of any known hazards or unusual property conditions.
• Informing us in advance of fragile surfaces, delicate landscaping, damaged areas, or other conditions requiring special care.
• Ensuring that water and electrical access is available when required for the agreed-upon service.

5. Property Conditions & Liability

Virtus Exterior Solutions takes reasonable care when performing all services. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, defects, or normal wear and tear to windows, frames, screens, siding, roofing, gutters, concrete, fencing, lighting, or other property components.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from existing structural defects, improperly installed materials, deteriorated surfaces, loose components, or unsafe property conditions outside our control.
• Certain surfaces or materials may react differently to cleaning processes. We will use reasonable care and appropriate methods based on the condition of the property.
• Customers are responsible for notifying us of known risks, fragile materials, or previous damage before service begins.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact Virtus Exterior Solutions within 24 hours of service completion and explain the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to review the concern and, where appropriate, correct the affected area. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, conditions outside our control, or changes resulting from normal weathering or deterioration.

7. Termination & Refusal of Service

Virtus Exterior Solutions reserves the right to refuse service, pause work, or terminate an agreement when safety concerns, hazardous conditions, property conditions, lack of access, abusive behavior, or other reasonable circumstances prevent us from safely or properly completing the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

Virtus Exterior Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
